At this time our standard shipping policies only apply to the Contiguous United kingdom. Please contact us if you have questions about this or require shipment elsewhere.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of standard shipping for items purchased ranges from:

£3.80 for parcels up to 2Kg – Sent through The Royal Mail
£6.50 (per parcel) weighing above 2.01 Kg – 30Kg
£6.50 for every 30Kg after this.
Quarter Pallet from £23 – £74 (Postcode dictates cost)
Half Pallet from £25 – £110 (Postcode dictates cost)
Full Pallet from £26 – £120 (Postcode dictates cost)
Containers – costs included.

*Products that exceed 48″ are oversized for shipping purposes. These products have a shipping surcharge that is calculated at checkout and is the responsibility of the buyer. (We still pay the majority of the shipping costs on these products.)

Special rates will be quoted for bulk / freight orders.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard – DPD 1 Day Shipping
Pallets – 1-3 days
Containers- 3 months

IMPORTANT NOTE – Small orders placed before 2pm will generally ship same day. Pallets can be next day after 12pm. Orders placed after 4pm will generally be processed the NEXT day after an order is placed, excluding weekends.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please note that Just Health Disposables can change a shipping address once the order has been processed for transit, however if it has already left this is not the error of Just Health Disposables and the client is liable for any further shipping charges to re-route. You may reach out to us (before the order is processed) with a corrected shipping address. Changes to a shipping address cannot be guaranteed.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Check the tracking number provided to see if it is still in transit. If it shows “delivered” and you still have not received it, please contact us.
